Most moms believe
they have two choices

01

Keep worrying, monitoring, confronting,
and walking on eggshells...

02

Or step back from exhaustion and feel like they’re giving up on their child.

Neither option feels right. You’re left feeling damned if you do and damned if you don’t.

But those aren't your only options.

What if the problemisn’t you?

You haven’t failed.

You’ve been failed by outdated and disempowering advice that never gave you the understanding and tools you needed to truly help your child or yourself.

You’ve been told to wait for Rock Bottom,, detach, stop helping, or accept that there’s nothing you can do until your child is ready.

But there is so much you can do.

  • Pause instead of reacting in fear
  • Have conversations that create connection instead of conflict
  • Make decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself
  • Take care of your own wellbeing so you can support your child with more patience and less pressure

When you change how you show up,the entire family dynamic shifts. Here is why this science-backed approach workswhen traditional advice fails:

  • ✓

Rock bottom is a dangerous myth. You don't have to wait for disaster before change becomes possible.

  • ✓

Helping doesn't automatically mean enabling. What matters is how you help.

  • ✓

Connection is your greatest leverage. Trust creates the conditions for lasting change.

  • ✓

Boundaries aren't walls. Loving boundaries protect both your peace and your relationship.

  • ✓

You are not powerless. The way you respond can become one of the most powerful catalysts for change.

All you’ve been missing is a different way to understand addiction, your child, and your role as a mom.

Helping thousands of parents find a path grounded in science, compassion, connection, and hope.

CRAFT Trained • Invitation to Change Certified • Family Recovery Educator • Helping Parents Navigate Substance Use Disorder since 2019

She’s not only trained in this work. She’s lived it.

She knows what it’s like to love a child who struggles with addiction - the paralyzing fear, the guilt, and the feeling that everything you do only makes things worse.

Her turning point came when she stopped trying to force her daughter’s recovery and focused on building real connection, strengthening their relationship, and modeling the healthy life she wanted for her.

That shift gave her a deeply connected relationship with her daughter and became the foundation of everything she teaches today.

Since then, she’s dedicated her life to studying behavior change, substance use disorder, positive communication, family recovery, and showing parents that there is another way forward, one grounded in science, compassion, connection, and hope.

Why Platinum?

The main training gives you the tools and framework, but there isn’t enough time on those calls to go into individual situations.

With Platinum, you’ll get an additional coaching hour each day where you can bring questions about your situation.

You won’t leave wondering, “But what does this look like for MY family?”

Instead, you’ll get personalized help figuring out what to do next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions You May Be Asking

Is this right for me if my child isn’t ready for recovery?+

Yes. You don’t have to wait for your child to be ready before you can begin making a difference. You can learn how to reduce confrontation, strengthen connection, reinforce healthy changes, and communicate in ways that make your child more receptive to your influence. These shifts can create more opportunities for your child to consider help, including professional treatment.

Regardless of what your child chooses, you’ll learn how to reclaim more peace and stability in your own life now.

Will I learn when helping actually helps?+

Yes. Instead of giving you a list of what you should or shouldn’t do, you’ll learn how to look at each situation and decide whether your response is likely to help.

Because helping isn’t automatically enabling. What matters is how, when, and why you help. You’ll start to build the confidence to make those decisions based on your child, your circumstances, and your values, rather than fear that you’re doing it wrong.

What if I already know CRAFT or Invitation to Change?+

This isn’t a CRAFT or Invitation to Change training, although my work is informed by both. The Peaceful Mom Blueprint focuses on foundational skills that help you manage your own reactions, understand what’s happening inside you, and more effectively put CRAFT and Invitation to Change principles you already know into practice when real life gets hard.

What if my child is in treatment, recovery, or not living at home?+

Your child does not need to be actively using or living at home for this work to matter. Whether they’re in treatment, in recovery, or living somewhere else, you’ll learn skills to navigate your relationship, respond to what’s happening now, and care for yourself along the way.

Will I get personalized help for my situation?+

General Admission includes the five live trainings. VIP adds the Bonus Second Hour: Real-Life Application each day, where you can watch Heather help moms apply the Peaceful Mom Blueprint to real-life situations. Platinum includes both hours and the opportunity to get Heather’s personalized help applying what you’re learning to your family’s unique situation.

What if I can’t attend live?+

No problem. All sessions will be recorded, and replays will be available through Sunday so you can catch anything you miss.

How much time should I plan each day?+

General Admission is approximately 1 hour per day. VIP and Platinum are approximately 2 hours per day, including the Bonus Second Hour: Real-Life Application.

Is this therapy or a support group?+

Neither. It’s a live educational experience built on compassionate, science-based principles and practical skills you can use in your everyday life.

What if I’ve already tried everything?+

It can feel that way when you’ve spent years searching for answers, but many parents have never been taught this approach. Even good strategies are often tried once in a crisis, don’t work immediately, and get abandoned. This experience helps you understand not just what to do, but why it works, when to use it, and how to keep practicing when things don’t go perfectly the first time.
