Online CRAFT Based Coaching and Support for Moms
Who Have A Child Struggling With Addiction
Ready to become the calm, confident mom
your child feels safe turning to -
(even in the hardest season of their life?)
Join the Peaceful Mom Community
where moms are rewriting the story of recovery in their families.
This 24-week coaching experience is for the mom who is ready to reclaim her peace, rebuild her confidence, and change the way she shows up –
for herself and for her child.
You were never meant to do this without the tools and support you need.
Every mother who needs help right now is standing in the same place:
Wanting peace but living in fear.
Wanting Connection but walking on eggshells.
Wanting to help but feeling powerless.
And yet… you’re still here.
That alone makes you an Extraordinary Mom.
You’re not here looking for help because you’re failing.
You’re here because you’ve been carrying the weight of your child’s struggle alone….
making impossible decisions….
walking through fear you never imagined….
and doing everything you can with the tools you’ve had –
tools that often left you feeling worse, not better.
Here’s something no one tells mothers in your position – and it’s almost cruel.
You weren’t meant to navigate something this complex, terrifying, and emotionally charged on your own.
Yet the world hands you harmful advice…
tells you to be tougher…
labels you as “codependent” or “enabling”…
and sends you home to figure it out alone in deafening silence.
This isn’t just hard – it’s impossible to do alone.
So if navigating this alone is impossible…
what DO moms in your situation actually need?
You need 5 things:
- Support that calms your nervous system – so you respond with clarity instead of fear.
- Tools based on real science –not the outdated advice that made everything worse.
- Guidance from someone who understands – so you’re not guessing your way through crisis.
- A community that calms you, not judges you- because humans heal through co-regulation, not isolation.
- And a framework that helps you rebuild connection – so you can stay close to your child without losing yourself.
These 5 things aren't luxuries.
And when you finally have all 5 in one place…
Your body begins to relax.
Your mind becomes clearer.
The way you show up for yourself
and for your child begins to transform
and you become a Peaceful Mom.
Being a Peaceful Mom isn’t just an idea —
it’s something you live.
And in our community,
you have the support you need to get there.
A 24-week path that rebuilds not just your parenting, but your whole life
using a simple supportive structure that includes 3 powerful types of live calls:
1. Nervous System Regulation (NSR) Calls
These sessions calm your body so you can think, speak, and choose intentionally.
This is where panic and fear stop running the show.
Why it matters:
When your nervous system settles, your parenting changes instantly.
You become the 3 things kids in crisis need most – consistent, predictable, and safe.
2. Skills Calls
You’ll learn tools grounded in science (like CRAFT and ITC) that actually work in real-life situations with a child who’s using substances.
Why it matters:
You finally know what to do instead of guessing, reacting, or helplessly waiting for them to change.
Your decisions feel clear.
Your confidence returns.
3. Group Coaching Calls
This is where you practice the skills, walk through real situations, and turn information into action with support from a coach who has been there.
Why it matters:
This is the piece most programs are missing.
You don’t just consume information — you take action.
You shift.
You grow.
And your child feels the difference.
These 3 types of support work together.
You calm your body.
You learn what to do.
You practice it with guidance until it becomes your new way of parenting.
When you become a Peaceful Mom you don’t just change your life – you change your family’s legacy.
Here's what that looks like in real time:
◆ Instead of living with constant fear, bracing for the next call, crisis, relapse, never exhaling,
➤ you trust yourself because you finally have the skills to navigate even the hardest days.
◆ Instead of conversations spiraling into defensiveness or chaos even when you try to stay calm,
➤ conversations soften, your child feels safer being honest with you, and you feel proud of how you showed up.
◆ Instead of feeling too soft, too firm, too much, not enough, drowning in guilt,
➤ you trust your decisions, know your why, lead with your values, and guilt loosens its grip.
◆ Instead of defaulting to lecturing, fixing, or setting rules from fear when what you really want is connection,
➤ you lead with love and curiosity, and connection finally has space to grow.
◆ Instead of living with anxiety, sleepless nights, and barely any joy,
➤ your body relaxes, you sleep again, and you catch yourself smiling without even trying.
These changes don’t happen by accident.
They come from choosing to show up for yourself,
learning tools that work,
and practicing them until they become natural.
In this community, you stop hoping for change
and you become the change.
Here’s your monthly support schedule:
The group includes on demand replays of CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) — the approach that research shows helps 64% of families successfully engage their loved one into treatment, compared to less than 30% with traditional approaches.
Every week you wait to join is another week surviving instead of living.
You’re closer than you think.
You just need structure, support, and tools that work.
This is where change stops being something you hope for
and becomes something you lead.
Client Love

Meet Your Coach Heather.
A mom who has lived the pain,
healed through love,
and is here to walk beside you.
I didn’t learn this work from textbooks. I learned it loving my daughter, Helanna.
Like many moms, I was once handed tough-love advice and told to detach. I tried. It broke me. It broke us.
What I wanted (same as you) was connection, not distance. Compassion, not coldness. A way to help her, not to push her away.
So I searched. I learned. I unlearned.
I found approaches based in science, nervous system regulation, love, and values. When I began parenting from peace instead of panic, our relationship healed. We laughed again. We talked again. We found each other again.
And with connection came something I wasn’t sure I’d ever see — she found recovery. We got to have her back, one day at a time, and it was a gift.
Tragically, after a recurrence of use, Helanna passed away and losing her is the deepest pain I’ve ever known. But the love we restored, the bond we rebuilt, and the recovery we shared is the gift I carry forward.
She is the reason I do this work. She is why I refuse to let mothers believe they are broken, powerless, or alone.
That’s why I help moms become Peaceful Moms by learning a new way to lead with love, clarity, and unconditional presence. Because children need connection. And mothers deserve support.
When I’m not coaching, I’m recharging in nature with my dog, soaking in sound baths, traveling, or laughing with family, choosing joy, honoring my girl, and living the legacy of love we built together.
Heather’s training includes:

Frequently Asked Questions
There are 9+ live calls per month and a monthly call schedule is provided.

You’re not expected to attend every call. Replays are available on the members only private podcast feed.
You don’t have to attend every call to make big changes in your life. With 9+ live coaching calls to choose from each month, you get to pick which calls you attend. Calls are recorded for you to listen to at your convenience on our members only private podcast feed.
Yes you can! That’s one of the many advantages of this group. You get personalized help with your situation. At the beginning of the group coaching calls I ask who wants coaching. All you have to do is raise your hand and I will call on you.
Yes, it will.
We have group members whose children are in recovery, and they’ve found tremendous value in the support and tools offered.
The first couple of years of recovery can still come with challenges—emotions run high, relationships are being rebuilt, and navigating this new phase often feels uncertain. Having support during this time is crucial, not only for maintaining your own well-being but also for creating a healthier connection with your child.
You’re never just bored and “listening” in this program. You’re learning, practicing, and getting real support.
We rotate between 3 types of calls:
- NSR (Nervous System Regulation):
Guided meditation, tapping, visualization, and conversations that help you understand your triggers and regulate your nervous system so fear and overwhelm stop running the show. - Skills Calls:
We learn skills like CRAFT tools, communication strategies, boundaries, understanding substance use, and then we practice together because knowing a skill is not the same as being able to use it calmly with your child. - Group Coaching:
Personalized support for whatever you’re facing. You can be coached or simply listen. Watching others get coached is often where things click the most.
Healing happens faster in community. There’s something powerful about doing this work with others. You don’t just learn, you feel supported, understood, and capable again.
Therapy helps you heal the past.
Coaching helps you with what’s happening right now and what to do next.
You can do both at the same time. Many moms do.
In coaching, we focus on skills, support, and real-life changes — not just talking about problems.
You’ll learn how to stay calm, communicate differently, and show up as the mom you want to be.
At the end of your initial 6 months, you’ll have the option to continue month-to-month at a reduced rate.
Many moms stay because they love the connection with group members, want to continue to deepen skills, increase confidence, and have support during life’s ups and downs.
The skills and strategies I teach are science-backed, broadly applicable, and can support you even when mental health conditions or other challenges are present.
